The Adele of Orile Oko kingdom, high chief Olakunle Olalekan has urged the residents of Ogun state to comply with the directive of the state government on the compulsory use of face masks in public as to prevent them from Covid-19 pandemic.
The high chief disclosed this on Monday in a statement which was personally signed by him and made available to newsmen in Abeokuta.
He added that the law on the compulsory use of face masks by the government shows that the governor really cares about the healthy lives of the people.
The high chief who also reminded the people on the new law by the governor that defaulters will be jailed for 6-Month enjoined people to support governor Abiodun fight against Covid-19 instead of defying the rules
He also called on the residents of the state to continue supporting the administration of Dapo Abiodun, saying that he is an outstanding man.
The monarch prayed that very soon the pandemic will end soon in the state.
