Covid-19 Palliatives: Tella To Reach Out 5000 Households In Ogun LG

The Chairman, Transition Committee, Abeokuta North Area of Ogun State, Hon. Tunde Tella has said  that, he and his team will reach out to  not less than 5000 households for the second phase of food stimulus package donated by the state government. Hon. Ajayi Distributes Food Stimulus Package To Her Constituents In Ogun

A member of Ogun State House of Assembly,  representing Yewa South state constituency, Hon. Lateefat Bolanle Ajayi has given out food stimulus package to his constituents in the state. The food items were distributed across the ten wards within her constituency . According to her,  the beneficiaries of the stimulus package are the vulnerable less previledge and the aged people. She noted that the distribution was done on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and presenting the distribution is still on going. Hon. Ajayi added that the gesture is meant to cushion the effect of lockdown in the state, saying that there is need to provide means for the survival of the people. Let The Youths Benefit From The Food Stimulus Package, Lawmaker Tells Abiodun.

As crime rate escalates amidst the compulsory lockdown in Ogun state,  a Lawmaker, representing Egbado North 1, Hon. Adeyanju Adegoke Awoso on Tuesday warned that the extension of  another two weeks of lockdown  by the Federal Government could ignite crime and criminality in the state as  individuals source of living depends on their daily activities. Residents From Somolu Local Government Unhappy With Shortage In Palliatives

The residents of shomolu local goverment in Lagos state has raised a complaints on the shortage of palliatives distributed to them. A report from one of the residence in the local government got to us, stating they got a text message from the local government stating that palliatives would be distributed to each and every one of them. Unfortunately on the day the distribution took place, they realized only few people got the palliatives, one person per household which is not fair enough. She further stated that, not everyone in the neighborhood got palliatives, stating that there is shortage in distribution. The residents is using this medium to call on the Shomolu local government chairman and covid 19 relief team to please do something about this and ensure palliatives circulate the whole local government and also increase the amount of palliatives per households. The  residents of Ogun state  on Thursday commended a member of House of Representatives,  Abeokuta North, Obafemi Owode! A Non-Governmental Organization, named Ariyibi Foundation on Thursday distributed  food  items  to over four hundred less- previledged in Abeokuta, Ogun state.  Apart from the food materials donated , the foundation also gave out free sanitizers to people  in order to prevent them from coronavirus. COVID-19: Hon. Osoba To Give Out Cash To His Constituents In Ogun

As part of efforts to cushion effect of lockdown in Ogun, A member of the House of Representatives,  Abeokuta North/Odeda/ Obafemi Federal Constituency, Hon. Olumide Osoba has concluded plans to provide monetary succour to the aged and indigent persons in his constituency. This was stated In  a release issued by the lawmaker  on Thursday which was made available to newsmen in Abeokuta According to him, there would soon be a  cash transfer relief which would be done based on the statistics of those who fall into the target population within the federal constituency.
