Our closeness to God is not enough, pastor, kingsword ministries tells Nigerians

Pastor Jimi Tewe of kingsword Ministries International, Lekki, Lagos State chapter, has urged Nigerians to move more closer to God.

He added that the closeness of Nigerians to God is not enough.

Pastor Tewe maintained that God is the ultimate google map , adding that getting closer to God is the only panacea to achieve success in life.

Pastor Tewe disclosed on Sunday during a Christmas carol service held at the radiating church in Abeokuta, Ogun  State.

He Quoted from the verse Matthew 6:6 saying that "If you don't know where you are going ask the person where you are going to "

Pastor Tewe  also advised  the congregation not to give up on marriage.

According to him, wedding is good but marriage is better, so you will  plan for marriage, Marriage is sweet but not perfect,  you don't need to give up on marriage.

Meanwhile, pastor Samson odegbami of The Radiating church kuto Abeokuta noted that the Carol service organized by the church is just to bring the remembrance and make everyone conscious of the sacrifices of Jesus Christ.

He added that His gift to the world and  the reason for His gift is love.

According to him, Love is the reason for the season and that is why we are having a carol service today.

Odegbami said that  the importance of the carol service is to help people with the love of God and the sacrifices of Jesus Christ so that they can live in the same spirit of love and sacrifice.

He also advised the people to imbibe in the spirit and show people love and even beyond Christmas time.

Ogun Popular Music Promoter, Bamgboye Installed As Oluwo Of Ijeja Land

The Alake of Egbaland, Oba Aremu  Adedotun Gbadebo, on Monday appointed a popular music producer, chief Aremu Bamgboye  as the Oluwo of Ijeja land , Abeokuta, area of Ogun State. The Alake Of Egbaland who was represented by the Oluwo of Igbehin  who also doubles as Oluwo of Agbonyi installed chief Aremu Bamgboye as the Oluwo of Ijeja land. He said that the installation came from the order of the Alake of Egbaland, Oba Gbadebo Adedotun. The Oluwo of Igbehin maintained that that any other Oluwo apart from chief Bamgboye is a counterfeit. ''We are here today on the order given to us by the Paramount Ruler of Egbaland, Oba Adedotun Gbadebo that we should install chief Bamgboye as the Oluwo of Ijeja land and we have successfully installed him. He is the authentic Oluwo''. He therefore called on the residents of Ijeja land to support the newly appointed  Oluwo of the community. Federal Polytechnic Ilaro Set for Re-Opening of campus

The federal polytechnic ilaro recently has put in place measures which have been instructed by the Federal government and the presidential task force on covid19 that all institutions across The Nation should put in place before reopening of campuses. The institution as put in place disinfectant booths and also social distancing marks which are going to be guide in entering the main campus.
